Proofing : Proof and Index Prints

Images will be in the same aspect ratio as the files are sent to us. Rotate files to the correct orientation before sending them for proofing.

Proofs from Digital Files

Proof size will be determined by customer preference. Sizes include (but are not limited to): 3.5x5, 4x5, 4x6, 5x5, 5x7, 8x8, 8x10, or 10x10.

Proofs from Film

Proof size will be determined by your film format. The following guide shows what size proofs are available based upon film size

Ordering Information

  • exposures beyond approximately 2 stops under or 3 stops over cannot be color gauranteed
  • numbers of proofs per exposure must be the same for your entire order.

Contact Proofing

  • contact sheets are printed with 12 images per sheet, on 7x10 Kodak Professional Supra E surface paper. Other sizes are available.
  • Contact sheets are available from CD, 35mm, 120, 220, or 4x5 film.
